High Voltage PTC Electric Heater

PTC is a semiconductor heating ceramic heater. The resistance value of PTC heater will increase step by step along with the increase of the temperature when the thermal resistor is over a certain temperature. The change of thermal resistor body temperature can be obtained through the current of PTC thermal resistor.

The uses of air conditionings in electric vehicles and other new energy vehicles will lead to a substantial decline in endurance distance. In the past, gasoline cars can use the residual heat of engines, but the electric vehicles and other new energy vehicles haven't engines or have less residual heat. Therefore, PTC electric heater is adopted to solve the problem. It is mainly used in the fields of wind heating, water heating, power battery heating, seat heating, rearview mirror defrosting, etc.
